Auction of 2.1 GHz band (3G Spectrum)

India’s 3G spectrum auction is over. The Auctioneer has announced the provisional results, subject to approval by the Govt.
3G Spectrum License winners in kerala:

1. Idea Cellular Ltd.  |  2. Aircel  | 3. TATA Tele Services

Kerala: Rs. 312.48 crores
Idea 1959-1964 Mhz
Tata 1969-1974 Mhz
Aircel 1974-1979 Mhz

    how 1974 Mhz band is used by both aircel and tata. high interference? y no guard band?
